When you contact OPPSTech through this website, we may collect your name, work email address, company website, phone number, and the information you include in your message.

Operations assessment and browser storage

When you complete the Operations Scorecard, this website stores your answers and results in your browser’s local storage. This allows your assessment to accompany an Operations Review request when you follow the link from your results. These records do not have an automatic expiry and remain until you clear this website’s stored data in your browser or the browser removes them.

Completing the scorecard does not by itself send your answers to OPPSTech. If you submit a scorecard follow-up or an Operations Review request with an attached assessment, your answers and results are sent with your contact details through Formspree so our team can respond.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, understand business requirements, communicate about OPPSTech, and improve our website and services. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Website inquiries are processed by Formspree on our behalf. Service providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us and subject to their own privacy and security practices.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, and security purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
